I have had a few questions about how to beat the winter blues, especially with so many states having such a harsh winter this year it can be easy to be pulled down by the weather.
Here are a few tips:
Make things in your life a habit regardless of weather. Get up everyday at the same time, make your bed... so that you are less likely to want to crawl back into it, eat breakfast within an hour of getting up, make sure to take your vitamins (B vitamins are known mood boosters as well as vitamin D, fit your exercise in everyday regardless if you have the energy to do it or not (you will gain energy from doing it), stretch, and remember to continue to take "me" time for yourself.

Before we know it, it's going to be summer time again and we will all be complaining about the heat :)
