Controlling your metabolism 101

You have SO much control over your metabolism. It is your puppet and you are the puppet master.

Keeping your metabolism running at top speed takes a little bit of work but it is all worth it. You want your metabolism in high gear even when you are not working out.

Tips for having a metabolism that is always in that highest gear possible:

-Drink 8-12 ounces of water as soon as your eyes open in the morning

-Eat within an hour of rising

-Eat every 2-3 hours throughout the day

-Consume at least 200 calories every 2-3 hours

-Consume clean foods (nothing processed)

-Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day

-Exercise at LEAST 30 minutes a day/ at least 4 times a week

-Combine cardio and weight training into your exercise routine (muscle burns more calories than fat)

-Track your calories

You have so much control over your health & metabolism.
