Hungry and in a hurry? Is it quick, easy and convenient to drive-thru that hamburger place at lunch or even for dinner on your way home from the office?
The price and convenience of fast food can often be very tempting.
No matter how much of a time crunch you are in, it's usually not excuse enough to drive-thru a fast food restaurant.
Many, if not most options at a fast food restaurant are high in saturated fat, hydrogenated oils, sodium, sugar, chemicals and even hormones.
Is it really worth it?
I have written this many times before, but I can't say it enough: Plan Ahead.
Plan your meals, prepare them in advance, stock your pantry with healthy whole foods, and if there is no other option but eat at a fast food restaurant, try to choose healthier options (if there is such a thing).
